Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you of the updated shipping timeline.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times are estimates based on the shipping method you choose and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for domestic orders within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST for delivery within the next business day.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Delivery times for international orders may differ based on customs processing and shipping distances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items you order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these two countries at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order status by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please ensure that the address is correct and complete, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing, or high shipping volume during peak seasons. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information and contact us if you experience any issues with delivery.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, and in the case of lost or damaged items, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

8. International Shipping (Canada)

We currently offer shipping to Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply upon entry into the destination country. These charges are separate from the shipping fees collected at checkout and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
